TJF-ALZ series intelligent fast rope wheel, intelligent crown block wheel and length measuring and weight indicating system are installed at the upper end of the derrick of various drilling rigs, workover rigs, oil production vehicles and oil swabbing vehicles in petroleum and geological exploration to accurately record the wire rope travel and traveling block hook load, so as to help the driller master the main operation parameters.

Intelligent fast rope wheel and crown block wheel have high length measurement, weight indicating accuracy, sensitive response, reliability and durability. They can be used for daily drilling, workover operation, oil production, oil swabbing operation and fishing operation.

Combined with our TJF series integrated safety monitoring system and depth and weight indicating system, it can visually display the traveling block height, depth, hook load, ton·kilometer (KN·m), winch power, etc., record and remotely transmit the main operation data, prevent collision and falling, give overweight alarm, and can be integrated with anti overturning and vehicle monitoring system.
