The crown wheel depth and weight indicating system is an intelligent measurement and control system specially equipped for oil production, oil bailing, swabbing and other operation vehicles. It adopts reliable integrated crown wheel length measurement / weight pointing assembly + touch screen / mechanical key display controller + brake valve group assembly configuration, which can realize real-time display of parameters such as oil bailing / swabbing depth, speed, load, liquid level and working status real time feedback and data recording of alarm information.

The crown wheel length measuring / weight pointing assembly adopts improved processing technology. Key parts such as crown wheel, pin shaft, base and sensor installation position adopt high-precision processing + anti-skid material + heat treatment, which is suitable for severe shaking and oil pollution of steel wire rope. The length measuring / weight pointing accuracy and reliability are greatly improved, easy installation and maintenance and low cost.
